I lead sacred ceremonies and guide women in building relationships with plant spirits for healing, intuition, protection and access to ancient wisdom.

I provide a meticulously thoughtful and tender space that supports the nervous system in regulation, creating the conditions to receive the messages of the plants and to gently access parts that you haven't been able to touch on your own.

When we cultivate relationships with plant teachers, we reclaim forgotten parts of ourselves, alchemize pain into our greatest gifts, and through becoming more self-aware, open to receiving more love, fulfillment, and joy in our lives.
